As an Office Technician - MLTC Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:- Office support work, including data entry, filing, and mail processing.
- Entering information contained on medical and NFOCUS claim forms, identifying and correcting errors, and maintaining a minimum data entry rate of 8000 kph with 95% accuracy.
- Reviewing medical claim forms for missing or incomplete data and answering inbound calls regarding the status of submitted claims, client eligibility, and verifying provider payments.
- Using multiple mainframe computers to perform data entry and customer service tasks.
