Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members by answering their questions and resolving their concerns related to their healthcare plans. You will work from home, using your computer and phone to communicate with members and provide support. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from members and respond to their questions and concerns related to their healthcare plans
- Provide guidance and support to members on their healthcare options and benefits
- Investigate and resolve member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry
- Strong computer skills in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a healthcare-related field or industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation and Benefits
