Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations, and completing necessary paperwork. You'll work closely with our team to ensure quality control and leadership development, while also enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring quality control
  • Leadership development and training to enhance your skills and career progression
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales and customer service

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 annually

  • Weekly advances and bonuses with a first-year average income of $45,000
