Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our team and help us develop and maintain our web and cloud applications. As a full stack engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure applications that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure that our applications are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable and secure web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including Java, Python, and Scala
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure that our applications are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to colleagues to ensure that our codebase is of the highest quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and deployment
- Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure that our applications are deployed and managed efficiently and effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web and cloud development, and apply this knowledge to improve our applications and processes
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python, and Scala programming languages
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of database design and development, including relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless computing
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring and logging
