Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to participants of unions and associations who request our benefits. Your daily activities will include:

  • Preparing consultations and discussions with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure quality control and management advancement

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to participants of unions and associations via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
