Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support our claims coordination team
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or claims administration
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management

Preferred Qualifications:
