Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
  • Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
