Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in inbound and outbound calling efforts to create and qualify leads, direct sales and product introductions, and meet sales objectives
  • Making follow-up calls and emails to leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, as set by our clients
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and passing all call monitoring reviews with a score of 98% or higher
  • Acquiring new skills and knowledge, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various dialing efforts, and meeting minimum dialing hour requirements
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Fast and accurate data entry and note-taking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with essential phone, computer, and web-based tools, including CRM software
  • Ability to learn, master, and communicate new products, services, and solutions to clients
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience in call center, sales, or high-volume customer service environments, preferably in a remote setting
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives

Telecommute Requirements

As a remote Sales Development Representative, you'll need:

  • A PC (MS Windows 10 or later) and a headset with a receiver and noise-cancelling capabilities
  • Rapid internet connectivity (at least 3 MBPS)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace in a secure environment to protect client data
  • Ability to work standard business hours (9:00am - 5:00pm EST) in a remote setting
