  • Integrate congress activities into broader omnichannel engagement strategies to enhance stakeholder experience and impact.

  • Identify and implement innovative, scalable, and sustainable approaches to elevate congress presence and engagement.

  • Lead vendor and agency partnerships, including selection, scope definition, performance management, and continuous improvement.

  • Support booth staffing, training materials, and coordination of on-site teams (virtual and in-person).

  • Drive post-congress activities, including debriefs, performance tracking, insights generation, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide guidance and support to country teams on national congresses and key events.

  • Ensure all activities comply with RevMed policies, industry codes, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Solid financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget planning, forecasting, and cost management for complex events.

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and timelines with strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment with evolving priorities.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving initiatives from concept through delivery.

  • High level of accountability, integrity, and commitment to quality.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners.
