Clinical Transformation Manager – Patient Monitoring
Job Description:
- Develop and implement account-level roadmaps aligned with customer goals and KPIs
- Serve as a visible, trusted advisor; co-design and deliver clinical consulting plans with customers and internal stakeholders
- Apply project and change management methodologies to drive timely completion of milestones and deliverables
- Synthesize monitoring and performance data into actionable insights and measurable clinical/operational outcomes
- Ensure alignment with clinical standards, safety and regulatory requirements; maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in areas such as Healthcare Operations, Clinical Transformation or equivalent
- Expertise in informatics, Lean Six Sigma, and change management
- strong communicator with advanced computer skills (Miro, Microsoft Office, Visio)
- customer-focused mindset; willing to travel nationally ~60%
