Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on their healthcare plans.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information on healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Resolve member complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems
