Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
