Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via telephone or email correspondence. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service while achieving quality results. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Educating and building rapport with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Consulting with customers to answer their questions and provide solutions
  • Helping to set up customer accounts and verifying banking and employment information
  • Processing customer payments and resolving any issues related to payment processing
  • Providing excellent service while achieving quality results

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Cheerful attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
  • Generally computer savvy, with experience using software applications and systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Good attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving quality results
  • Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to perform calculations and resolve financial issues

Schedule and Hours

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from home and choose from a variety of schedules to suit your needs. Our call center hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotating every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions, so you can choose the schedule that works best for you.
