As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience that will keep them coming back.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+ retail locations, your duties will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
• Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including:

• Lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
