Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
• Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
• Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
• Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed

Qualifications:

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver outstanding service and make a positive impact on our customers. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Logical problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume and maintain a high level of productivity
• Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and typing 25 wpm
• Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent
• Predictable and reliable attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Consistent work history and a proven track record of success
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Some technical background or experience with software applications

Work from Home Requirements:

To ensure your success in this remote work environment, you will need to provide:

• A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and a minimum of 4GB RAM
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
• Proof of internet speed and a clean, quiet workspace
