Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming queries via live chat on our business websites and social media platforms
  • Handling both support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential new customers, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases to senior support agents when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures to provide expert support and guidance to customers

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is:

  • Available to work at least 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments
  • Able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and make sound judgments
  • Possesses a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)
  • Has a reliable internet connection
  • A team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
