Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers through our ticketing system
  • Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating follow-up actions as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and ensuring they receive timely updates on their issues
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable

  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or IT support is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
