Job Summary

As a live chat support agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions through live chat on our clients' websites and social media platforms. Responsibilities

As a live chat support agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Live Chat Support: Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media platforms, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by being clear, concise, and professional in all interactions. This includes addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken to resolve them.
  • Collaboration and Efficiency: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer support. This includes actively communicating with supervisors or subject matter experts to seek guidance, share knowledge, and escalate complex issues.
