Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer expectations

  • Utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, propose solutions, and deliver results
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including printing, signs, and designs, and transportation
  • Take complex customer orders, utilizing request systems and providing precise pricing information
  • Collect and process payments, merchandise for delivery, and maintain a safe, clean, and precise retail location
  • Process financial transactions using a Retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
  • Clean, maintain, and stock all retail location printing and delivery equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail region product and signage
  • Make proactive efforts to prevent errors and waste
  • Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
  • Maintain FedEx Office guidelines, as well as comply with legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent education

  • 6+ years of specific experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure
  • Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to report consistently to work and maintain established business hours to support the FedEx Office business

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of FedEx Office products and services
  • Experience with request systems and financial transactions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
