Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and answer questions regarding medication coverage, pharmacy inclusion, and mail-order medications to help plan members better understand their benefits and options * Provide personalized support to plan members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality * Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience * Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
