What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing personalized service to our clients via phone, live chat, or email. You'll be the go-to expert for payroll, accounting, and tax knowledge, using your problem-solving skills to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. You'll also:

• Act as an internal customer advocate, influencing product development and new features to meet our clients' needs.
• Continuously expand your software proficiency, accounting, and payroll knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
• Guide and address questions related to new software features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S.-based payroll, payroll tax, and accounting (or a willingness to learn and receive training).
• Tech-savviness, with a comfort level learning new programs and adapting to new technology.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivation, with a willingness to collaborate with team members as needed.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communications.

Location & Commitments

This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% remote. We're open to candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Washington D.C. Working hours are determined by each team and department based on business needs, with core hours typically falling between 8 AM - 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Starting Rate
