• Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration

• 4+ years of experience in customer service or web chat support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
