Job Responsibilities
As a remote chat support agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on our clients' websites in a timely and professional manner
- Providing solutions to customer issues and concerns, utilizing pre-written responses to commonly asked questions
- Escalating complex inquiries to a supervisor for assistance
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support experiences
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills:
- Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions closely
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- A reliable internet connection and a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) that can access social media and website chat functions
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week
