Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining our web and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our product management team to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy, ensuring high-quality and seamless customer experience for internal stakeholders.

• Define and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Investigation Center.
• Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Data Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 7 years' experience in product management.

• Alternatively, 9 years' experience in product management or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

• We value candidates with a background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Skills and Competencies

* Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.

• Experience with web and cloud application development, including front-end and back-end technologies.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
