Job Summary We are seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our data engineering team. As a full stack software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with our data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Responsibilities As a full stack software engineer, you will be responsible for the following: * Designing and developing scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our business * Collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs * Developing and deploying software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies, including Java, Python, and Scala * Working with our data warehousing and big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark * Developing and maintaining high-quality code that is efficient, scalable, and maintainable * Collaborating with our DevOps team to ensure that our software solutions are deployed and managed efficiently * Participating in code reviews and ensuring that our code meets our high standards for quality and maintainability * Collaborating with our data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models that meet the needs of our business * Participating in the development and deployment of our data pipelines and data lakes * Collaborating with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: * A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data engineering and full stack development * Strong background in Java, Python, and Scala, with experience in developing and deploying software solutions using these languages * Experience with data warehousing and big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark * Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions * Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including AWS and Azure Preferred Qualifications * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies, including TensorFlow and PyTorch * Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and big data technologies, including AWS Redshift and Google BigQuery * Experience with data governance and data quality technologies, including Apache NiFi and Apache Beam * Experience with DevOps tools and technologies, including Jenkins and Ansible What We Offer We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: * A salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * A 401(k) matching program, with a 4% match * A stock buy plan, with a 10% match * Paid maternity and parental leave, with 12 weeks of paid leave * A generous PTO policy, with 20 days of paid time off per year * A variety of health and wellness programs, including gym memberships and on-site fitness classes * A range of professional development opportunities, including training and education programs How to Apply If you are a motivated and talented individual with a passion for software development and data engineering, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
