Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and detailed responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern.
  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling.
  • Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions.
  • Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers, providing solutions and workarounds as needed.
  • Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and service providers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern.
  • Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous or flustered.
  • Ability to track multiple issues at the same time, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and provide solutions and workarounds as needed.
  • Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers, utilizing technology to communicate and collaborate.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service role in the household chore or maintenance industry.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
