Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving routine problems, and developing strategic growth opportunities for both our clients and business owners. With the support of our key teams, you will implement business processes that align with our committed standards and service level agreements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Utilize various communication platforms to engage and build positive relationships with clients or business owners, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

  • Serve as a knowledge-source for existing processes and contribute to the development of new business strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Champion customer needs, addressing routine problems and providing technical support, sales, and other business-to-business functions as assigned.
  • Perform necessary research and analysis to provide proper resolution and ensure quality of services rendered, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal and external departments to maximize available resources and convert each client interaction into potential growth opportunities for the business.
  • Complete other related functions depending on business needs, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications

* At least one (1) year of related working experience in a BPO setup or similar industries, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Demonstrates business communication skills, including verbal and written English, with the ability to engage in consultative conversations and connect with clients and business owners in a professional manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Basic technical knowledge, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, including basic IT technologies.
  • Industry standard certifications are preferred but not required (technical positions).
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in the account location.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other relevant software.

This is a full-time position, with a standard working hours of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
