The Role
As a Device Services Senior Manager at arenaflex, you will lead two Ops teams in kind locations, as well as an engineering crew, responsible for delivering critical, massive-scale, and complicated services for our clients. You will be accountable for reliably and successfully deploying and supporting these services, working closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure we deliver the best-in-class services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership to your team, helping to develop and implement a roadmap across practical disciplines
- Collaborate with key partners to provide robust and dependable offerings for software engineering inside arenaflex
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration within your team
- Make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a computer science-related discipline or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience working with an SRE or software engineering team
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Emphasis on SRE as an engineering subject with a focus on reliably scaling and deploying distributed structures
- Experience in assisting infrastructure and services
- Ability to set measurable goals and KPIs
- Capacity to work and have an impact across teams and corporations

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
