Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously while following instructions and guidelines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using social media and website chat features

Preferred Qualifications

While no experience is required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer service or support experience, either in-person or online
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong typing skills and accuracy, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
