What to Expect

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting callers with billing inquiries and determining offerings customers are missing
  • Making upgrade and add-on service recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
  • Coding sales accurately and completely
  • Providing clear, confident, and professional communication to build trust and rapport with customers

Education and Requirements

No degrees are necessary to join our team. We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals who are ready to start a business and be their own boss. To get started, you'll need:

  • A computer with a separate monitor (dual monitors may be required on some client programs)
  • High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
  • A phone with a headset (Plantronics S12 or similar recommended)
  • A background screening (no felonies or fraudulent behaviors)
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and client programs

PC and Mac Requirements

To ensure compatibility with our client programs, your computer must meet the following requirements:

  • CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
  • Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
  • Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better
  • Operating System: Windows 7 or Windows 10 (Windows 8/8.1 not supported by some clients)
  • Monitor: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
  • Internet: Hard-wired connection with a minimum of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload speed
  • Latency: Maximum latency threshold of 120 milliseconds (ms)

Accessories, Software, and Internet/Phone Service Providers

To ensure compatibility with our client programs, you'll need to use the following accessories and software:

  • USB headset with microphone (required for Certification)
  • Hard-wired telephone and headset (required for Production/Servicing)
  • Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 10
  • Mozilla Firefox or Chrome (optional)
  • Microsoft Security Essentials for Windows 7; Windows Defender for Windows 8 or 10
  • Hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
