Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and support in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolving customer issues and providing exceptional customer service in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions that meet customer needs
