Job Overview

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing timely and accurate responses to customer and member inquiries through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming chat requests and emails in a prompt and professional manner
  • Deciphering information from requestors and delivering accurate and timely responses
  • Utilizing provided guidelines and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your responses
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Essential Qualifications

Education:
