Key Responsibilities
As a live chat support specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and address concerns
- Utilizing provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A reliable device with internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop)
