Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Entering data into our database systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Entering data provided directly by customers, verifying it against original documents, and ensuring its accuracy
  • Retrieving data from database or electronic files as requested
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after data entry to ensure that it is not lost and is archived
  • Maintaining a well-organized filing system
  • Performing other duties as required to support the team and achieve our goals

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience as a data entry clerk or receptionist, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Accurate typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of databases and data management principles
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
