Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through chat and phone interactions
- Selling add-ons and upselling products via chat or phone
- Conducting warranty outreach and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Meeting deadlines and exceeding sales targets
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Sell add-ons and upsell products via chat or phone
- Conduct warranty outreach and resolve customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through chat and phone interactions
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Meet deadlines and exceed sales targets
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role or chat experience
- Experience leading within a remote work environment
- Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication style and ability to make a personal connection with external and internal customers
- Friendly attitude and strong decision-making skills
- Problem-solving mindset and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and empathetic with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding sales targets

* Previous experience in sales/retail industry
- Exposure to ecommerce
