Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) is an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Reliable laptop, phone, or tablet, and a stable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is an asset

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
