Responsibilities:

- Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and dignity
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications:
