Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries on arenaflex's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding arenaflex's products, services, and policies.
  • Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience.
  • Keeping up-to-date with arenaflex promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers.
  • Utilizing customer feedback to suggest improvements to arenaflex's social media engagement strategies.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes.

Working Hours
