Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our customers, stores, and associates via phone, chat, and email. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Essential Job Functions

* Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates

• Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
• Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* Type a minimum of 25 WPM

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of mandatory training
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role

• Experience working in a call center or remote environment

• Bilingual or multilingual skills
