Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Online Chat Specialists to join our team as Work From Home Amazon Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors on our client's websites via online chat software. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to visitors on our client's websites via online chat software

• Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
• Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Continuously demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service
• Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in online chat software and ability to learn new systems quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
