Key Responsibilities:

Accurately create and manage spreadsheets with large data sets, utilizing your knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.

Data Verification:

Compare data with source documents to verify accuracy, ensuring the integrity of our databases.

Data Maintenance:

Update and maintain existing data as needed, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.

Data Retrieval:

Retrieve data from databases or electronic files upon request, utilizing your technical proficiency.

Data Backup:

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Paperwork Organization:

Sort and organize paperwork post-data entry to prevent loss, demonstrating your organizational skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of databases and data management.

Typing Skills:

Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing is strongly preferred, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
