What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

* Provide office communications support by answering calls, forwarding messages, and confirming customer work orders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations

  • Interact with customers daily to address appointments, service issues, billing inquiries, and other concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and courtesy calls to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Track customer information and maintain records in the Customer Relationship Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Schedule and delegate work orders to field staff, updating and monitoring schedules as needed, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Execute daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including billing, receivables, and payables, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments
  • Manage office supplies and address office-related malfunctions or requests, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

* College degree preferred or equivalent business experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new situations

  • 3+ years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on back-office activities, showcasing your expertise and skills in customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks, ensuring you can effectively manage and analyze data
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail, ensuring you can analyze situations and make informed decisions
