What to Expect:

As a Professional Data Entry Keyer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reading and deciphering customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via our print catalog, and online, even when handwriting is difficult to read
• Keying data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verifying its accuracy before entering it
• Ensuring consistent data across the system by checking for updates, such as customer address changes
• Reporting any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor
• Performing filing, copying, and other administrative duties for approximately three hours per day, while spending around five hours daily on data entry

What We Require:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills to accurately interpret and enter data
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team
• Patience for repetitive work and the ability to maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work

How to Stand Out:

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

• Reading knowledge of English and Spanish, as about 5-10% of orders are in Spanish
• One to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing
• Social perceptiveness and service orientation to provide exceptional support to our team and clients
