Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
Key Driver Payments:
Processing payments upon receipt of notification from the payroll department
Data Entry:
Keying in all adjustments needed to maintain proper customer balance
Batch Verification:
Checking printed edits to ensure payment batches balance, thereby ensuring proper credits to customer accounts
Batch Logging:
Confirming batches are logged, dated, and filed in the proper place and date order
Customer List Maintenance:
Maintaining a complete and accurate computer-printed customer list
Customer Status Updates:
Keying changes in customer status, such as charge to cash, cash to charge, address change, and minor changes
Cash Receipt Log:
Following up on cash receipt logs to ensure accuracy and distribution to the proper personnel
Data Entry Timeliness:
Ensuring all keying is completed within 24 hours after receipt of all documents
AR Daily Proof Book:
Logging the A/R Daily Proof Book with totals from the A/R transaction ledger and routing collections
Monthly Data Entry:
Entering all data on the last working day prior to the end of the month to verify all data is entered and calculated on the statement
Additional Duties:
Performing and assisting in other duties as deemed necessary by the Credit Manager
Essential Qualifications:

Experience:
1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Skills:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Certifications:
None required; however, certifications in data entry or a related field are a plus

2-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
