Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, creating, and managing the execution of flexible manufacturing cycles and systems for specific data center products
- Improving processes for cost, quality, and flexibility
- Collaborating with Planning, Product Management, and Operations teams to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks in early development stages
- Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies
- Identifying and implementing solutions to advance performance and efficiency across the supply chain
- Leading the assessment, qualification, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth
- Utilizing Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Design Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O)
- Leading the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align design and BOM structures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 4-year certification in Electrical Designing, Cycle Designing, Assembling Designing, or similar relevant experience
- 10 years of experience as an Assembling, Quality, Reliability, or Product Designer
- 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- 5 years of experience in planning and execution of civil high-voltage applications in data center development
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate degree in Science or a related field
- Experience directing yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts
- Experience with LEAN... Assembling/5S/8D practices
- Experience in charging data centers
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical design principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
