What You Will Be Doing...

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions and resolve any concerns they may have

Requirements:

* Must own a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (such as a Phone, Tablet, or Laptop)

• Ability to work independently and diligently
• Capable of following instructions closely and responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week
• A reliable internet connection is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
