Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Advertise shipping containers via Facebook Marketplace and sell them using our user-friendly software
  • Respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from the company's system
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with our closers to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals
