Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at Arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Your primary goal will be to create raving fans for Arenaflex by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize live chat, phone, and email to communicate with customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or related environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Previous experience with live chat, phone, and email customer service
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
