Job Summary

As a Remote Entry Level Chat Support Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, using your device of choice to access our customer support platform. You'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support queries through live chat on various social media platforms and business websites. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (previous experience in a call center or live chat environment a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week
  • Strong adherence to provided instructions and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Instagram)

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
