The Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, and speaking on their behalf on their social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential customers, build relationships, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential customers (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet or exceed your performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)
Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- No previous experience required, but a strong commitment to learning and growth is essential

- Training Stage: $150-$300
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
